Community Septic drop or private site tanks can be purchased for cost.

Tree's are 1-5 years old , Towering poplar at back and 1 shade tree.  Your are welcome to plant what you want with managers permission.

We have sites that you can reserve for your guests and family for a short term visit.

Access to the lake, beach and boat launches

There are 2 public beaches within walking distance and a public boat launch at neighboring Macpheat Park. There are numerous public beaches within a short distance with play structures and sandy beaches.

At Off the Grid, we know you’re just getting started. Build a deck, add a shed, and make your site a true home away from home. Long-term sites let you settle in for the long haul, giving you the freedom to enjoy your time, your way. Add your Tree's, your flower beds and design it how you want it. We can assist with any layout.

Committees

Welcome Committee - Greet anyone new and show them around the RV Park.

Outdoor Activity Committee - Organize Activities such as corn hole tournaments, Fun Relays, Golf Cart Races, etc.

Club House Committee - Organize Events such as live music, Karaoke, Bingo, Pot Luck BBQ's, etc. And if you like interior decorating we are starting with a new building so all ideas are welcome for the finishing touch.

Garden Committee - Be involved in the supervision of the garden. Enjoy watering, weeding or chasing out the Rabbits.
