Regular 12 month Seasonal Site  October 1 to September 30th  $3750.00

(Winter shut down months are from late October to March. Entry is based on Weather with limited Services)

Discount of $100.00 additional dollars if you Join one of the Off the Grid RV Parks Committees

We have Welcome Committee, Activities Committees, Entertainment and Club House Committees and Garden Committee. 

Discount of $100.00 for each referred booking - So bring your friends

Discount of $100.00 if you can play a guitar or violin at our community campfires
